| Coaching SessionEach session is unique because it is tailored to serve your needs and your needs at that particular moment in time. We start a session by looking at the situation that you wish to move forward on, what you might already know and what you might not know about it. We'll look at what the resourceful attributes of your natural essence in relation to this situation, usually these will be powerful attributes of yourself that have either been shut down or suppressed from consciousness through past conditioning. We'll then look at practical ways of mobilising the "energy" through the use of powerful "energy tools" which will facilitate your move through to transformation. We end the session with a review of the work done and suggestions for future sessions if required and follow on work which can be done outside of the session to keep the momentum going. | 45 minutes | book now | ||
