| Six Essentials for Health Intensive SessionHow you feel is directly related to the choices you make in six essential areas – Eat,
Drink, Breathe, Exercise, Rest, Think. During this session, the Six Essentials for Health
will be explained and we will identify your current beliefs, challenges and goals in each
essential area and devise a six week strategy for improving your choices in each of the
six areas. BEST balancing will be employed to remove the blocks that come up around
your commitments to the plan.
This session is conducted in person or over the phone/Skype.

| Six Essentials for Health Followup SessionDuring each follow up session, we will review one Essential area (Eat, Drink, Breathe,
Exercise, Rest, Think), identify your blocks to improving in this area and use a variety of
techniques to overcome those blocks. Follow up sessions may be purchased individually
for $120 per session or a series of six sessions may be purchased for $575. A spouse or
friend may join you for each session at half price after they have gone through their own
Six Essentials Intensive Session.

| Wedding/Civil Union Ceremony Officiating by Ordained MinisterThis service includes a one hour consultation with the couple to plan the ceremony and
