My name is Sherry Casey, and I am the Records Coordinator for Life University. My office is in the Office of the Registrar located within the Student Advocacy Center. My primary responsibility is to audit your academic record for graduation by conducting a record review. I will have appointments available for you to schedule a record review with me five weeks each quarter. Appointments are scheduled on a first come first serve basis.

Spring 2013 Record Review Dates

• Record reviews for September 2013 and December 2013 prospective graduates begin April 15th and will end on April 26th. Please note: the deadline to review for September 2013 prospective graduates is August 9, 2013. The deadline to review for December 2013 prospective graduates is November 1, 2013.

• Record reviews continue for June 2013 prospective graduates beginning April 15th and will end on April 26th. Please note: the deadline to review for June 2013 is April 26th. Failure to review by the deadline will affect your ability to participate in the June 14th graduation ceremony.

Please Remember:

• To be on time, if you are 5 minutes late you will have to reschedule.

• To indicate your ANTICIPATED GRADUATION DATE and DEGREE when making your appointment.

• All prospective students for LEVEL III Clinic (PEAK, Outreach and International Clinic) are required to complete a record review before being allowed to enter LEVEL III Clinic (13th or 14th quarter clinic).

• All prospective graduates must have a record review before petitioning to graduate.
