| Private Advanced HittingThe full hour lesson is for players that are seeking a comprehensive baseball lesson. The hour lesson allows us the time to fully explore the swing in complete detail, and to teach Major League technique. We do this by utilizing video tape analysis during the hour lesson, which vastly helps us to illustrate what we are trying to accomplish. This form of instruction will allow the player to see their swing on screen in slow motion. This is by far the best way for a player to see what they need to improve on, and really helps us to teach more effectively. We also devote a segment at the end to hitting off of a pitching machine. | Private HittingMaintenance and begining lesson. A lot of times the Advanced players feel good at the plate, but still want to keep up the hard work in the cage. The half hour lesson is a good way to maintain all of the progress that has been made. | Advanced Pitching, Arm Strength, & AgilityThe full hour lesson for pitching is for players that are seeking a comprehensive pitching experience. The hour lesson allows us the time to completely explore both throwing and pitching mechanics in full detail. We do this by using video tape analysis during the hour lesson, which vastly helps to illustrate what we are trying to demonstrate. This will allow the instructor to show the player their throwing and pitching on screen in slow motion. | Hitting & Pitching- 1 hour minimumThis is a quality lesson for both young players looking to learn the fundamentals of both pitching and hitting, as well as being a good maintenance lesson for an advanced player. A younger player will be able to have enough time to effectively work on both. An advanced player looking to get a full and comprehensive lesson for either hitting or pitching would be better off with a full hour lesson. This is a good way for an advanced player to maintain what he has learned for both hitting and pitching. | Defensive Positional Practice-We are able to coach the fundamentals and advanced aspects of all positions. We can teach outfield, infield, catching, and pitching. We will be able to effectively show the proper techinque and fundamentals required to succeed at the highest levels of baseball. We feel that the shortest period to be able to effectively work on any position is a half hour.
