| Follow up Acupuncture Treatment – Sliding ScaleI provide this service because I don’t believe that only those that can afford full price
should have access to Healthcare that can transform their lives. Therefore, this
service is intended to encourage my clients to empower themselves towards
sustainability in
physical, mental, emotional and financial aspects of their lives. Sometimes, someone’s
$80 is the same value as someone else’s $40…it’s all about the exchange. You pay what
you can afford and what the experience is worth to you. This can feel
uncomfortable in the
beginning, but it is an equal exchange. I give my best and you meet me by giving your
best, but we both make sure it’s sustainable.
You set the amount every time, as I understand that financial situations change. So
please know that you are not fixed at a set amount.
We only have a certain number of client slots for sliding scale per month, which changes

| Initial yearly preventative treatment packageThis package is offered to those of you that wish to maintain the health and balance
that you already experience. One of the best ways to employ Acupuncture in our lives is
as a preventative measure. This package will help to ensure that you keep the blissful
balance that you have worked at creating in your life. Thank you for the investment in

You will receive an Acupuncture treatment once every 3 months. During the first
treatment we will discuss what our goals are to be and what will be the most helpful
course of action to maintain your balance. |

disciplines, it is believed that to fully transform ones physical imbalances one also has to

Lawrence (Acupuncturist) and Brenda Wentworth (Therapist) who both have extensive
