Lattiss Inc. ("Lattiss," "we," "our," or "us") values the privacy of the users of the Lattiss Service (as described in our Terms of Use) and visitors to the Lattiss website at www.lattiss.com (collectively or individually, "you" or "Users"). This privacy policy (the "Policy") describes our practices regarding the collection of personal information from Users, as well as Lattiss’s use and disclosure of that information. By using the Lattiss Service or the website at www.lattiss.com (collectively or individually, the "Site"), you consent to the collection, disclosure and use of personal information in accordance with this Policy.

Personal Information

"Personal information," as used in this Policy, is information that specifically identifies an individual, such as an individual’s name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address. Personal information also includes information about an individual’s activities, such as information about his or her activity on the Site, and demographic information, such as date of birth, gender, geographic area, and preferences, when any of this information is linked to personal information that identifies that individual.
Personal information does not include "aggregate" information. Aggregate information is information that we collect about a group or category of products, services or customers that is not personally identifiable or from which individual identities are removed. We may use and disclose aggregate information for various purposes.

We use a persistent cookie to remember your login data so you don’t have to enter your password again when you return to the Site. We may also use cookies to improve the quality of our Site and our services by tracking user trends, store user preferences, and customize your experience. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies, but you can change your browser settings to cause your browser to refuse cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. You can remove persistent cookies by following directions provided in your Internet browser’s "help" file or menu. Please be aware, however, that some aspects of the Site may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

We limit the personal information provided to these service providers to that reasonably necessary for them to perform their functions and require them to use reasonable confidentiality measures.
We may also disclose personal information if we believe that doing so is legally required or is in our interest to protect our property or other legal rights (including, but not limited to, enforcement of our agreements), or the rights or property of others.
In addition, information about our users, including personal information, may be disclosed as part of any merger, acquisition, debt financing or sale of company assets, as well as in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership in which personal information could be transferred to third parties as one of our business assets.
