Online help is here!

Online help is up and running!

Click on the “Help” link on the upper right corner when you need more information about a feature.  Even though most of the features are self-explanatory, we occasionally get questions from users on “how do I configure…” or “what does this setting mean…”?  Now you can click on the context-sensitive Help link to get more information about the page you are using.

In your Services list, click “Promotional Item” and your special service will get VIP treatment and moved to the top of your storefront/scheduler.  No one will miss it!

Buffer Time before and after appointments

Need a break between your services?  You can now configure a buffer time before and after your service appointments.

Instead of back-to-back appointments, you can use a Before Appointment Time to prepare, or use an After Appointment Time to clean up.

This is an optional feature you can set in your Calendar Settings (available to PREMIUM subscribers only).
